Welcome to Country Griddle

“ Stopped at this locally owned diner for breakfast after hearing about it on facebook. We were promptly greeted and sat at a table. The restaurant was very clean and modern. The menu had quite a few selections for breakfast and lunch, they are only open until 2 PM. I ordered an omelette which came with potatoes and a choice of toast or a biscuit with sausage gravy. I opted for the biscuit and gravy. My wife ordered the eggs and bacon breakfast which came with toast and fruit in the side. The total cost including two drinks for breakfast was $43. That sounds a little expensive for breakfast but the food was very good and very filling, I could not finish the omelette. The eggs and bacon meal came with 4 large pieces of bacon and the fruit bowl was actually fresh fruit and not the normal under ripe melon that accompanies breakfast. My wife commented that this was one of the best sides of fruit she had had. The biscuit and gravy was very good, I absolutely made the right choice. I highly recommend the Country Griddle and will be stopping in soon for lunch. ”

“ Great breakfast spot tucked into a strip mall in Avondale. We had the Popeye omelette with a side of hollandaise and the Country Stacked. Both were generous portions and delicious. The server was very friendly and attentive, food came out quickly and hot. We also had the French toast to share, which was ok. Overall a great locally owned place in the west valley. Will definitely come back to try other dishes. ”

“ Service was great! Our waiter was nice & we only waited 15 min to be seated on a busy morning. We ordered the vegetarian skillet (10/10), banana pancakes (3/10), and biscuits & gravy (4/10). B&G lacked flavor & the pancakes were a bit rubbery. I probably would come back to try something new but I love B&G and was pretty disappointed. ”

The menu selection is great and the food is delicious. Try the Popeye omelet. They have great coffee, pancakes, and french toast.The service is also very pleasant - look for Yanet and Sergio. My family enjoyed the burgers, french fries and pork chops. We all selected fruit and enjoyed that it was a great variety. You will find many things to love here. ”

“ I got there at 7am it was nice clean set up for the holidays my order was $22 to go it was orange juice and a skillet with sausage and a side of biscuits and gravy will be taking the family to try it ”

“ Sorry, The omelet was so hot when I got it. I cut it before I took a picture. This place is a gym. Huge omelet loaded with all the good stuff Countries, favourite omelette. Weight staff is very friendly and extremely attentive.Substitute potatoes with fruit and you have a really healthy filling. breakfast. Highly recommend. ”
